This user agreement defines your account, data, and app usage limits; by launching the aago App you agree to these rules.

In Bangladesh, using bKash, Nagad, and Rocket may require data verification; if information is incorrect, support may verify first.

Mandatory arbitration scope

Any dispute must first be reported to the support team, not to court; internal resolution is preferred.

Arbitration applies only to service terms, account suspension, and questions about rule violations; the aago Contact page also serves.

Why is there no class action here

One user's complaint is viewed separately; even if the same issue occurs multiple times, a class-action cannot be filed together.

These rules also apply to aago Login, aago Register, and aago Download; new users from Dhaka also enter under the same terms.

aago Login and verification

Before arbitration, the user is verified by matching login history, device information, and order records.

Usually two steps are enough to run aago Login; if suspicious, support responds within 24 hours, and if documents are required, they will inform.

Fees, costs, and

Usually you bear your own costs; in special circumstances how the arbitrator's fee will be shared is written in the agreement.

Refunds, winnings, or profit claims are not the subject of this page; using the aago App means simply to use the service in accordance with the rules.

30-day objection window

If you do not want to agree to the contract, you must notify within a specified period; typically within 30 days, a written objection is recorded.

If time passes, the old terms stay in effect, so after installing the aago APK, review this page once, especially when accessing from Bangladesh.

aago Download and service limits

After downloading aago, you enter the service rules for 264+ titles; some content is unlocked for 15 countries, but Bangladeshi users stay on local terms.

Service uptime 99.3%, so reading the terms and registering with aago both happen quickly; in the end, understanding the terms and using the aago App is the safest path.
